Crumble pie

I'm so lucky to have the world's most beautiful partner in crime. She's the other half of the House of Samayo. And without her, nothing would have happened. Not only does she have a fantastic talent in styling and much more, but she has a secret pie talent. Which I enjoy extremely well.

And here is the recipe ...

Ingredients for crumble mix

50 g melted butter (about 10 tbsp)

450 g wheat flour

1.5 dl white sugar

1.5 dl brown sugar

3 teaspoons vanilla sugar

1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder

1 egg

You can make this crumble pie mix in advance, it will stay for about a year in the freezer

Frozen berries

Vanilla cream

Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 25 minutes. Remember that baking time can vary from oven to oven.
