Want ice cream, but not all the calories? Then this super simple recipe is for you.
What do you need:
2 frozen bananas
2 dates
20 g dark chocolate
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons instant powder coffee
And here's how to do it:
Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
The more powerful the blender you use, the less the banana will melt. Should it melt, just keep it in the freezer until you have the right consistency.
You can also have the ice cream in shapes as we have done here.
