Super salad

If you crave a fresh healthy salad. Then you need to test this broccoli quinoa recipe. It is fast and easy to make. And tastes delicious





To make this you need:


3 carrots

3 spring onion

10 small cherry tomatoes

1 broccoli

1 avocado

1 box of red lentils

1 red pepper

3 sticks of celery

1 dl cooked quinoa


Dressing:

Pour over good quality olive oil, along with a bit of red vinegar and half a lemon.

Use a good herbal spice or salt and pepper that you sprinkle over the salad.


Now just enjoy the salad with the best conscience in the world.
